Employee of the Month

The purpose of the Employee of the Month program is to recognize and reward one faculty member and one staff member each month who exhibits work and behaviors that support and further the mission, goals, values and initiatives of Coahoma Community College.

Nominees must be a full-time employee. Nominations can only be submitted by CCC faculty and staff. A committee, chaired by CCC Director of Human Resources Michael Houston, is responsible for reviewing nominations and selecting a faculty and a staff honoree. Nominees are judged based on attitude and commitment, interpersonal skills, work performance, and personal traits.

Each Employee of the Month winner will receive a picture, a designated parking spot, a shirt from campus bookstore, a hair style from CCC's Cosmetology or Barbering program, marquee announcement, and website recognition. 

To create a winning nomination, include clear examples of what your nominee does above and beyond regular duties or job description.  Remember, committee members may not know this person. Please provide as much information as possible.
